Interest Rates are RISING!

So I was just looking at interest rates and mortgage rates are on the rise yet again, it's actually predicted that by the end of the year they're gonna be up even more than they are right now which is kind of a scary thing if you're a buyer, because as you know interest rates make a huge difference in how much you're able to afford to buy a house just a slight tweak in the interest rates can mean a difference of 10, 20, even 100 payment in your monthly payments, and so let's talk about that for a minute: so we have some builders who are offering some amazing incentives on interest rates that we can definitely introduce you to. DR Horton's one of our favorites, they have amazing programs right now to get you into a brand new home with a rate lock but there's a brand new product out that the lenders have put together that completely address this whole rate increase ordeal we're going through right now, and basically what you can do, you can pay just a few hundred dollars, lock your rate now and you can have up to a year to shop to find the houses that you want and then you get that money back once you buy the house. Sounds like a pretty good deal to me, because we know rates are going up and so let's lock those rates at the low rates they are today knowing full well that you'll then have a year or so to shop for the perfect home for you and your family, it's a bargain let me tell you.
